Team Libby: Training Days


For those of you that are new...I am training for a half marathon with Angie and running in honor of Libby

Last week's update..

Monday: stretch and strengthen
Tuesday: ran 3 miles
Wednesday: ran 3 miles
Thursday: break--foot pain
Friday: ran 4 miles
Sat&Sun: worked 16 hrs each day

Last week was good, had some set backs with the weather and with my foot, but I really think it has healed pretty much all the way and I think this week is going to be goood!
