::WW:: Second Week::



First, I would like to thank all of you sweethearts for your comments about my dad.  He is doing much better.  He got to go home on Monday, and has had a good week resting and getting better each day.  Thank you so much for your prayers and encouraging words.  We are hoping and praying his Neurologist will be able to get ahold of these crazy seizures and be able to stop them from happening with the seizure medication. 


Also, thanks for the sweet comments on our Fall decor!  We don't have much, but I enjoy it. 


I weighed in at Weight Watchers last night.  I weighed in yesterday because I weighed in last Thursday too.  I plan on documenting this WW journey each week to help me with my ups and downs. 

These posts will go something like this...

What I lost: 0lbs

Total weight lost: 2.6lbs

What I ate: I had to eat out a lot, as my dad was in the hospital, & we didn't have time to plan.  I tried to do the best I could and track my points still, and eat as close to good as I could.

What I did: I only went to Zumba once (on Tuesday).  Monday I went straight to mom and dads to check on them.  Wednesday I worked late and went to church.  And last night I just was lazy and stayed home.  Last week I was able to do Zumba on Monday and kickboxing on Tuesday.  I think that the activity helps me burn the bad points and still loose. 

What I plan to do better: Track EVERYTHING.  I noticed I was forgetting to track my points from my coffee and 4oz of OJ in the morning.  THAT COUNTS!  Also, I really think that working out helps speed up the process of loosing lbs along.  I know that I don't have much to loose, so it will most likely not be easy and come off slow.  And as I have started WW I have tried to eat more of my fruits and veggies daily.

It is not easy, I lost 1.4 lbs. last week. Congrats to you.
