I have been going to Weight Watchers, however for the past 2 weeks I have stayed the same weight :( I think I was toning more than loosing with Zumba? I don't know, but this week I am running and not doing Zumba... also I am not eating the "activity" points earned for working out. We will see... Hopefully that is what I need to be doing to help loose, then when I loose most of what I want I can do Zumba and tone the rest.
This weekend I am looking forward to laying back and not doing much.
How has your week been? I hate I have had no time to read all of your lovely blogs I try to keep up with. :) Yay, for the weekend soon to come.
