I have to admit that I was not really in the spirit of Christmas these past few weeks. But here lately I have been really enjoying special moments. I don't know if it is because it is fast approaching or if it is because we are now doing some "Christmas" activities.
Last weekend we had a Christmas party with the some friends from church. A couple girls did an amazing job on the decorations. It was an amazing party with an amazing group of people.
Last weekend was also my work party. We had dinner on the General Jackson. (For those of you out of town-ers it is a big boat that cruises the river around Nashville. They have dinner and shows on it.) Pictured above are a few of the sweet girls I work with.
Something I have forgotten to mention is that I took part in the ornament shop that Hita hosted. I have never participated in something like this with bloggers. And I will have to say this one turned out awesome. Hita paired Faicita and I together. Fais and I did not know about each others blog before the ornament swap. Above are the ornaments she sent along with that sweet card. So glad I decided to do that ornament swap!
Speaking of ornaments... These are the two we bought for our ornaments this year. I think Emma's is my favorite!
And speaking of Emma... She is still as spoiled as ever. She is dealing with the Christmas tree way better than I expected. I just hope it stays that way.
I took this one day last week on my way to work. It was just looking like a typical winter day. And later that day it ended up snowing!!
And last but not least, here is my best friend Amy's little boy Noah. We got spend Friday night eating an amazing dinner Amy prepared for us and playing with Noah. It was so much fun. We just love Noah, and Noah obviously loves us (Ethan) lol. He is at such a fun age right now. We had a blast playing with his new drum and pillow pet we got him!
