Sorry if your let down with this post. This post is mostly for me. For my documentation. Last night I went on an impromtu run with Ethan and his brother, Evan. Ethan and I had planned on running, but as it usually does, the day got away from us. Evan came over, and a few hours later said he was about to go for a run. (this was around 5:45pm) I asked Ethan if he wanted to go, he did, so we ran. I am proud to say we ran 5 miles. I had fun running. I enjoyed just running. I enjoyed the fact that I was able to run farther than Evan and kept running even though Ethan had to stop. I realize I just ran a half marathon. And both of these boys have not trained like I have, but I have never been able to keep up with Ethan while running, not to mention being able to still run while Ethan walks! I just thought it was neat, and an accomplishment, It kind of jumped out at me last night. You can do something like run a half marathon and know its way more than your husband can run, but its another thing to actually see it happen!

Go Cassandra!
That is so awesome! I wish I could run like that! I have a deviated septum, and I have trouble breathing. I try to train myself to breathe through my mouth while running, but I have trouble. :(
I would love to start running. I want to lose a few pounds. Any tips? :)

Congrats, on you finishing the half-marathon. My hubby did well too, his best time was this year 1:57. Keep up the good work.
