two days will never be enough

  • Emma missed her daddy, she was glad when he got home from school Thursday night.
  • I'm proud to say I made this cute L out of twine, a letter from Jo Ann's, and a button! My friend, Amy love it! I hope to make one for us too one day.

  • On Saturday I got up and headed out to a Weight Watchers meeting with my SIL (accountability people).  I have never joined WW.  However, I finally took the plunge on Saturday.  I am tired of working out 2-3 times a week, counting calories like its going out of style, and watching that stupid number on the scale go UP.  One of my very good friends has done weight watchers for a few years now.  She just had a baby 2 months ago and she is already within 6lbs of her pre-baby weight.  I am not wanting to loose tons of weight, but I would like to be back to my wedding day weight. I am hoping this helps. We will see.

  • Saturday we also took advantage of the beautiful weather and did a day date for our anniversary.  We ate at our favorite taco place downtown and went to the park with Emma. It was so fun!
  • Emma won "most popular dog at the park" award! It seemed like everyone we passed by would say, "LOOK at that BULLDOG!"... and of course we couldn't help but smile like proud parents!

  • Took an extra picture with my honey to try and show off my pretty head band! :)

  • Saturday night I finally got around to re-painting my toe nails.. they had about half of the red they started out with when we went on our cruise, and that was a month ago? don't judge me! :)

  • And for a perfect close to a perfect weekend, we took a Sunday afternoon stroll with my SIL and her BF around our city greenway. Emma came along, and cooled off in the creek when we were on our way back to the car.  Too cute that dog!
How was your weekend?

I have been trying to do exercise alone, but I'm convinced WW is something I'm going to need to do if I'm going to be serious about any kind of weight loss. Good luck!! :)
