Halifax, Nova Scotia

Day 5 of our vacation.  We really enjoyed this place more than we expected, which I think that is how all of the ports ended up.

This was at Peggy's Cove Fishing Village.  This lighthouse was beautiful, surrounded by rocks like it was.

And I couldn't pass up taking a picture of the red phone booth, I felt like I was in England! (even though I've never been)

This was our guide, she was showing the difference between the girl and boy lobster.

I love that the lighthouse was in the background of this.  It was soo windy there!

The people standing there told us to make the lobsters kiss.  I think this is a cute picture!

Being familiar with bones, with both of us being X-Ray Techs, we were amazed to see this whale vertebra!! It looks the exact same as a human vertebrae! Except of course this one was HUGE!!!

The jaw bone of this whale! This was in one of the "gift shops" at Peggy's Cove.

Handsome he is...  :)

I finally got a picture of their hydrangea's, they are HUGE there.  They say it's because of the air from the sea, and all the rain they get.

Up next...
Boston!
